Pardons

I was just on facebook and one of my friends wanted me to join a cause. The cause was stopping Karla, the same woman, who with her husband Paul, raped,tortured and killed alll those girls. Now she is applying for a pardon because the government gave her that choice. Now my problem is this, why someone who did all those things to those girls get to be free and have a clean record. Why cant the government see that this woman is a socialpath who wont stop. Never mind that she keeps having kids. Someone has to put a stop to this.
